Poncha Lumber has a reputation for stocking the highest quality lumber. Our dimensional lumber carries the MSR 1650 rating or is made from hem-fir, depending on size. We stock a variety of engineered structural lumber products, fencing, stone and concrete products such as Pavestone pavers, as well as a complete inventory of drywall products.

From tropical woods to specific framing connectors, Poncha Lumber can match most odd or proprietary products. We can also obtain a wide variety of wood products, including engineered structural products and rare woods from our extensive group of suppliers. Our pricing is always competitive and special orders can usually be in the yard within a week.

Poncha Lumber is also a distributor for Simpson Strong-Tie products, as specified by most Architects, Engineers and local building codes. You can find the more commonly needed items from shelf stock and anything that is not in the store can be easily be ordered and usually be ready for pick-up in less than a week.

In association with the above, Poncha Lumber can also put together full material packages for new construction projects based on customer plans or material lists. If your project requires specific engineered materials and/or trusses, Poncha Lumber can include these items in your quote.
