In keeping with Poncha Lumber’s full service philosophy, we provide a number of services unique to the industry in our area.

Delivery: Delivery on any product purchased at Poncha Lumber is available for a nominal fee. Once the product has been received by our yard, our dispatcher will contact the customer and arrange to have their order delivered in a timely fashion. Please reference the Location page for our Delivery area.

Customers can elect to have drywall stocked according to their needs at the jobsite, for only 75 cents per sheet if there are no stairs involved and $1.25 per sheet for multi level projects. For shingle roofing, you can elect to have your materials roof loaded for $1.00 per bundle, with our truck mounted “shinglevator”.

Insulation: In 2003 Poncha Lumber decided to offer an insulation service to meet the needs of our community. We now have two machines for blown-in insulation and we also install bat insulation.

You may either calculate how much insulation you will need or contact us to have one of our estimators come to your project. You can then install it yourself or we can send a crew to your project to professionally install either bat or blown-in insulation for you. Our rates are very competitive and satisfaction is guaranteed.

Take-off Service: Poncha Lumber offers a take-off service which will calculate quantities and kinds of materials which will be needed for any specific project. All that is needed is an accurate set of building plans or, in the case of roofing projects, a line drawing with accurate measurements. Poncha Lumber will estimate the project and present a line item quote to the customer in a timely fashion.

Project planning assistance: Poncha Lumber’s sales personnel can help in the planning and timing of the ordering of materials, so your project has only the materials needed at that particular time, rather than storing materials for an entire project on the jobsite.
